Shipping

Do I need to be at home to sign for my delivery?

No, If you are out when your package is delivered, your delivery driver will leave a notification to pick up your parcel as soon as you are home.

Where do you ship?

We ship all across Canada and the United States!

When will I receive my order?

You will be sleeping comfortably within 5-10 business days of your order being shipped. Please note, your order has been shipped when you receive an email containing shipment tracking information.

If you are pre-ordering or back ordering sheets, shipping times are subject to inventory quantities. It may take a little longer than usual to receive your sheets. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at support@bedface.com.

Can I track my order with Bedface?

Yes, as soon as we have created a shipping label for your order, you will be notified with an email that includes your unique tracking information.

If you have not received a shipping notification within three business days, please contact support@bedface.com. Please allow an additional day for statutory holidays as our shipping staff will be spending some well deserved time with their families.
