Returns

What happens to my returned products?

We never resell a returned product. Keeping with Bedface’s core philosophy of sustainable business, all returned Bedface sheets are washed and donated to local homeless shelters.

When can I expect to see my return?

Once your sheets have been delivered back to us, you will see a refund on your account within 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

Can I return my sheets after 100 days have passed?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange on sheets returned after the first 100 days of purchasing. However, if you do choose to return them, we will wash and donate your sheets on your behalf.

How do I return my sheets?

We understand that everyone’s sleep needs are different. If you’re not completely satisfied with your sheets within the first 100 days of purchasing, please email support@bedface.com and we will be happy to help process your return.

What is your return policy?

We’re committed to providing the highest quality of bedding and a dreamy experience. That’s why all Bedface products are backed up with our 100-night guarantee. Sleep in them, dream in them, if you don’t love them, return your lightly used Bedface sheets for a full refund or exchange. All returned products are washed and donated to local homeless shelters.

Please note: Bedface does not cover the shipping cost on returned items.
